SERVICES
Below are some of the services and programs I can provide. I have worked with clients to help them lose weight, run a half marathon and to better their time in the City to Surf. Let me help you to take the first step to achieveing your goal.

PERSONAL TRAINING
My goal is to take my interest and passion I have for fitness and weight training over the last 30 years to help motivate my clients to achieve their goals, whatever they may be, in a safe, non threatening training environment, free of drugs or extreme dieting and exercise.


CARDIO TRAINING

People automatically think sprints & burpees but not always. Cardio should be challenging and fun, either 1 on 1 or in a group. I am a Boxing for Fitness Instructor, as well as an Outdoor Fitness and Boot Camp Instructor. The session will seem fast and you will wonder where the last 45 minutes went!


GROUP TRAINING
Even training in a group I will ensure that your individual fitness level and ability is taken into consideration. Training with friends is fun and as a group you can challenge each other to achieve even more.


MUSCLE TONE
My personal favourite, strength training these days isn’t just confined to gyms. There are plenty of new and exciting ways to stimulate muscle growth. And with 30 years of weight training experience I’m positive I can help you.


CORE STRENGTH
I aim to incorporate core strengthening into every excercise throughout the session. This way all the different parts of your body are working together as one and getting stronger as you go. And the results - better posture, balance and stability.
