Taking the first step to a fitter and healthier you is hard but let me help you get fit and healthy. In a group or on your own training should be fun and tailored to your needs. I will work with you to ensure you get the most out of each training session.

My goal is to take my interest and passion I have for fitness and weight training over the last 30 years to help motivate my clients to achieve their goals, whatever they may be, in a safe, non threatening training environment, free of drugs or extreme dieting and exercise.

            QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • ​Certificate III/IV in Personal Training

  • Level 1 & Boxing for Fitness

  • Level 1 & 2 Advance Bootcamp & Outdoor Fitness Instructor

  • Senior First Aid
